On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES, Approved for Club 94 and Shamrock Bar <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve Sunday <br /> alcoholic beverage permit for Club 94 at their establishment in <br /> Casselton on the date of January 26, 1997, for Super Bowl Sunday. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve special permit <br />for the Shamrock Bar of Casselton to dispense alcoholic beverages at <br />a wedding dance in the Embden Community Center on February 1, <br />1997. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #1997- 4, Snow emergency declaration MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to adopt Resolution <br /> #1997-4 as follows: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Cass County has had a considerable amount of snowfall accumulate during the <br />latter part of 1996 and continuing into 1997. That this snow along with the <br />subsequent blowing snow has caused roadways to become blocked; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Cass County has spent considerable time and incurred considerable costs for snow <br />removal, snow emergency response and other protective measures required to <br />save lives, protect public health and safety and protect improved property; and <br /> <br /> <br />
