On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />RECOUNT ON STATE AG RACE; GARRISON DIVISION MEETING; STATE'S ATTORNEY <br />TEMPORARY HIRE REQUEST; GARBAGE DISPOSAL CONTRACT AT BREWER LAKE, <br />Committee reports <br />County Coordinator, Bonnie Johnson, reported that the election recount on the State Ag race is <br />taking place at this time. County Auditor Michael Montplaisir is conducting the recount in Cass <br />County. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schneider said she was contacted concerning a Garrison Diversion meeting at the North <br />Dakota State University Student Union at 7:00 PM on December 18, 1996. <br /> <br />Mr. Goff asked if the Commission feels he needs board action to hire a temporary Assistant <br />State's Attorney in the absence of Connie Cleveland, who is on maternity leave.
