On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BONDS, Receive and file for Scott Anderson: Larson Welding= <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br /> Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Scott Anderson and for Larson <br /> Welding & Machine Company;.and authorize the county treasurer and <br /> the county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT NOTICE OF OMITTED PROPERTY, Stephen Madsen <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add South 198' of East <br /> 96' of SV~P/, of SE~/,, Section 36-139-64, Howes Township, as omitted <br /> property for the year 1995 in the amount of $21,000, according to notice <br /> from the county auditor to Stephen Madsen, Embden, ND. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for one-ton truck MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize Chairman <br /> Toussaint to sign purchase order to Hall GMC for purchase of a one- <br /> ton, 4-wheel drive truck for the County Highway Department in the <br /> amount of $24,859.
