Commission Minutes--June 3, 1996 1475 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> JUNE 3, 1996 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Sharon "Pepper~' Toussaint called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members <br />present as follows: Don Eckert, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider, Bernie Ness and Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Ness seconded that the minutes of the <br /> previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />= <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the order of the <br /> agenda with the following changes: 1) adding a special event permit for <br /> the Fargo Holiday Inn on June 12, 1996; 2) moving resolution and <br /> documents for Elim Homes, Inc. and Bethany Homes MIDA bond <br /> financing to the regular agenda; and 3) moving contract approval to the <br /> regular agenda for discussion on sale of the paint striping machine. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />= <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE, Norman Lutheran Church: Alpha Ee_uus Ene_lish Riders <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve raffle permit <br /> for Norman Lutheran Women of the ELCA on November 16, 1996, at <br /> Norman Lutheran Church, Kindred. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve raffle permit <br />for Alpha Equus English Riders, Inc. on July t0, 1996 at Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds, West Fargo. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS, Fam_o Holiday Inn MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve special event <br /> permit for Fargo Holiday Inn to serve alcoholic beverages at Herb <br /> Johnson's Barn, Arthur, on June 21, 1996, for Great Plains Software <br /> dinner. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve special event <br />permit for Fargo Holiday Inn to serve alcoholic beverages at <br /> <br /> <br />
