These weights will be <br />allowed if, in the opinion of the County Engineer, the highway can <br />sustain the weight and frequency of trucks without causing premature <br />failure of the pavement. Condition of the highway will be monitored <br />and periodically tasted. The county maintains all rights granted under <br />State statutes, and may again post the highway for more restrictive <br />loadings at any time it is determined by the County Engineer to be <br />appropriate. On roll call vote, the motion carried with four members <br />voting "Aye" and Mr. Eckert opposing. <br /> <br />GANG RESISTANCE TRAINING; COURTHOUSE REMODELING UPDATE; GARRISON <br />DIVERSION/CLEAN WATER ACTION, Committee reports <br />Mr. Goff invited Commissioners to attend any of the training sessions being held at the Regional <br />Training Center sponsored by the U.S. Attorney's Office concerning gangs and gang violence. <br /> <br />County Coordinator, Bonnie Johnson, said remodeling on third and fourth floors is proceeding <br />on schedule and employees have been very cooperative dudng the construction process.
