NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Cass County Commissioners requires that all exemptions from property taxation, unless expressly excepted, be filed with the county auditor's office. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. RESOLUTION #1996-3, Condolences to family of the late Patricia Wold MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to adopt resolution of condolences to the family of the late Patricia Wold, former Cass County Commissioner. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. WHEREAS, Resolution #1996-3 the Board of Cass County Commissioners has learned of the death of Patricia Wold of Fargo, North Dakota; and WHEREAS, Patricia Wold served as a member of the Board of Cass County Commissioners for eight years--from 1975 through 1982. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of COmmissioners of Cass County, North Dakota, does hereby express its heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Patricia Wold.
