On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SECURITY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, Payroll deduction approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve payroll <br /> deduction for Security Life Insurance Company of America (Prairie <br /> Rose benefits--dental), as eleven employees have signed up for this <br /> deduction. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />ORDINANCE FIRST READING, Curfew for minors <br />Sheriff Don Rudnick was present at this time regarding his previous request that the county <br />commission consider adopting a curfew ordinance based on discussions he had with several <br />cities in Cass County. State's Attorney John Goff drafted a proposed curfew ordinance, which <br />was forwarded to all incorporated cities in the county for their input. Ten cities sent a response <br />to the commission, and none of them oppose a curfew ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
