On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve Vouchers No. 81,839 through No. 82,972. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. LEGISLATIVE MEETING; COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRAINING; JOINT MEETING WITH FARGO AND WEST FARGO COMMISSIONERS, Committee reports Mr. Wieland reported on a legislative meeting of the North Dakota County Commissioners Association held last week in Bismarck. Mr. Montplaisir said training sessions are ongoing for new computer software programs. Some time ago, Chairman Ness asked Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, to contact the City of Fargo about holding a joint meeting to discuss items of mutual concern. Such a meeting has not been held for a couple of years, and the last one was hosted by the City of Fargo. A suggestion was made to invite West Fargo City Commissioners also, and a tentative date was set for Thursday, January 18, 1996 for a luncheon meeting. State's Attorney opinion regarding State Merit System; information letter on notice of public hearing for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
