Comm. Minutes--October 23, 1995 1404 16, 17. Mr. Wieland will schedule a meeting for 9:00 AM on Thursday, November 2nd, with the committee established to review the Position Analysis Questionnaire and replacement options for the Cass County Veteran's Service Officer position. He said the veterans group asked to have one more representative on the committee and suggested the name of John West. However, Mr. Ness felt that two representatives from their group would be sufficient, these being Ray Harkema and Victor Pellerano. Mr. Wieland questioned whether Mr. Pellerano intends to serve on the committee, and this will be discussed at a later date. Mr. Montplaisir provided information in writing on the upcoming February Presidential contest. Mr. Ness announced that a decision on the Trollwood Properties abatement application will be scheduled on the Cass County Commission agenda the second meeting in November, which will be November 20, 1995. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. memorandum from Water Resource Districts regarding budget hearing held September 5, 1995; letter of appreciation from Casselton Ambulance Service for 1996 county financial support; information from East Central Commissioners Association regarding impact of missile site removal; City of Fargo Customs Activity Report for quarter ending September, 1995; memorandum from County Auditor Michael Montplaisir regarding 1996 presidential contest. ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed On motion by Mrs. Toussaint and seconded by Mrs. Schneider, the meeting was adjourned about 4:30 PM.
