Minutes--October 23, 1995 1400 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS-PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> OCTOBER 23, 1995 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Bernie Ness called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Bernie <br />Ness. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the minutes of <br /> the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve order of <br /> the agenda with the following additions: 1) raffle permit for Chaffee <br /> Lion's Club, and 2) contract with CellularOne for Social Services <br /> cellular telephone purchase; and moving the Road Department <br /> requests to the regular agenda for additional discussion. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLES, Kindred Hicjh School Close-Up Club: Kindred Booster Club: The <br />Far~lo-Moorhead Kennel Club, Inc.; Chaffee Lion's Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve raffle <br /> permit for Kindred High School Close-Up Club at Kindred School on <br /> December 1, 1995. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for Kindred Booster Club at Kindred School on December 15 <br />and 19, 1995. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for The Fargo-Moorhead Kennel Club at Red River Valley Fair- <br />grounds on October 28 and 29, 1995. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve raffle <br />permit for Chaffee Lion's Club at the Cenex Station, Embden, ND on <br />November 30, 1995.
