Comm. Minutes--September 18, 1995 1391 <br /> <br />Mrs. Toussaint reported that the Special Assessments Committee held their first meeting on <br />September 12, 1995, and will meet again on September 26, 1995, 7:30 AM at the Road <br />Department. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file <br /> correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from Terry Richardson, United Patriotic Bodies, and response from chairman <br />concerning Veteran's Service Office relocation; <br /> <br />letter from Larry Lein, American Legion, and response from chairman concerning <br />Veteran's Service Office relocation; <br /> <br />appreciation letter from United Blood Services for the recent blood drive held at the <br />courthouse; <br /> <br />public notice from North Dakota State Water Commission regarding Devils Lake, ND <br />emergency flood control measures. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed <br /> On motion by Mrs. Schneider and seconded by Mr. Wieland, the <br /> meeting was adjourned about 3:50 PM. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />Bernie Ness, Chairman <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
