Minutes-August 21, 1995 1376 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> AUGUST 21, 1995 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Bernie Ness called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper' Toussaint, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Bernie <br />Ness. <br /> <br />= <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the minutes of <br /> the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the order of the <br /> agenda, adding out-of-state travel for Data Processing employee to the <br /> consent agenda. Motion carried. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE, St. Peter Lutheran Church; Absaraka Homemaker's <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve raffle permit <br /> for St. Peter's Lutheran Church WELCA to be held October 14, 1995, at St. <br /> Peter's Lutheran Church, Leonard, ND; and to approve raffle permit for <br /> Absaraka Homemaker's Club to be held October 28, 1995, at Dakota <br /> Elementary School, Hunter, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />PLAT APPROVAL, Nelson's First Subdivision: CL Subdivision <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the Cass County <br /> Board of Commissioners grant Final Plat approval to Nelson's First <br /> Subdivision, NE % of Section 31, Township 139N, Range 49W in Cass <br /> County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the Cass County <br />Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval to Addition and Replat <br />of CL Subdivision, NE % of Section 12, Township 139N, Range $1W in <br />Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SPACE AND PLANNING COMMITTEE, Ratify action of August 7 and 21. 1995 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to accept building <br /> security proposal of Honeywell, Inc. and to pursue contracting with <br /> Honeywell to change the parking lot card system, at a cost not to exceed <br /> $3,000.
