Comm. Minutes--August 7, 1995 1375 20. MIDABOND FEE SCHEDULE, Con~nission Policy_Manual Section 21.00 amended County Auditor Michael Montplaisir provided updated information on the City of Fargo's MIDA Bond fee schedule, which was used as a guide when Cass County formally adopted a policy on MIDA Bonds. MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to amend Commission Policy Manual Section 21.00, MIDA Bonds, changing the fee schedule to 1% of the size of the issue, with a maximLun fee of $10,000. The non-refundable application fee of $1,000 will remain the same. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 21. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve Vouchers No. 77,806 through No. 78,758. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 22. NORTH DAKOTA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES, Committee reports Mr. Ness attended a North Dakota Association of Counties subcommittee meeting on dues structure, and he will advise the Commission by letter regarding the proposal. 23. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. letter from U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan regarding guidelines for merit systems in federally-financed county programs; letter from William West, West Funeral Homes, Inc., concerning the burial policy recently adopted by the county; notice from North Dakota Department of Labor that Marcia Kemmer has withdrawn her wage claim for overtime compensation; Fargo Cass County Economic Development Corporation quarterly report for second quarter ending June 30, 1995. 24. ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed On motion by Mrs. Toussaint and seconded by Mrs. Schneider, the meeting was adjourned at 4:45 PM.
