Comm. Minutes--June 5, 1995 1348 23. Mr. Ness plans to attend the Cass County Joint Water Resource District meeting at 11:00 AM on June 15, 1995, regarding office space at the County Road Department. Mrs. Toussaint attended a meeting in Bismarck last week concerning North Dakota Association of Counties dues. She is waiting to receive a corrected copy of the minutes of the meeting, as well as information from Mark Johnson on pass-through funds. States Attorney John Goff wrote a cover letter, dated May 17, 1995, to the Cass County Commission enclosing documents returned by Marcia Kemmer, former personnel coordinator. Mrs. Toussaint asked Mr. Goff to clarify a statement he made in the letter that the documents do not consist of the type of documents represented to him by various county officials as the missing documents. Mr. Goff said he thought the missing documents would be in grid form, but they were not. As far as he knows, these represent the correct documents. Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, publicly thanked county employees Carol Rehder, Kathleen Larsen and Debra Ness for their assistance in preparing the county payroll for May, 1995. CORRESPONDENCE, R~ceived and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. financial assistance request from Cass County Historical Society for proposed, new regional attraction area; follow-up letter from Bureau of the Census requesting geographic information (referred to county auditor); letter from State's Attorney John Goff regarding documents returned by Marcia Kemmer, former personnel coordinator (copy to county auditor, who is working with the North Dakota State Board of Accountancy); reply concerning Marcia Kemmer from North Dakota State Board of Accountancy; copy of letter from State's Attorney John Goff to North Dakota Attorney General concerning licensed peace officers;
