On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, 0~t-of-~ate travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Sheriff Deputy Mary Caraway and Juvenile <br /> Officer Tammy Graff to attend the Youth Guidance Conference <br /> in Chicago, IL on June 5-8, 1995. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out- <br />of-state travel for Sheriff Deputy Gail Wischmann to attend <br />a training program in Newport, OR on September 19-22, 1995. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />DATA PROCESSING, Out-of-state travel approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Mike Steiner to attend the AT&T <br /> Conversant presentation in Minneapolis, MN on June 21 and 22, <br /> 1995. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AUDITOR, DATA PROCESSING, ROAD DEPARTMENT, 0Ut-Of-s~ate travel approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Michael Montplaisir, Mike Steiner and <br /> Keith Berndt to attend a software users meeting in <br /> Minneapolis, MN on June 14, 1995. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Receive an~ file for David Overboe <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and <br /> file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for David Overboe; and <br /> authorize county treasurer and county auditor to issue <br /> duplicate check. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />CASSELTON VETERINARY SERVICES, Ouit claim deed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the county <br /> orders property located in part of the north half of Section <br /> 2, Township 139 North, Range 52 West be sold to the Casselton <br /> Veterinary Services, Inc.; and the quit claim deed be signed <br /> by the chairman and the county auditor.
