Minutes--February 6, 1995 1294 <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />vacancy on the Cass County School Reorganization Committee <br />from Commission District #3 for a term to expire December <br />31, 1997. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BUDGET AUTHORITY, Transfer to county road and bridge fund <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to <br /> transfer budget authority of ~30,000 for the 1994 10-mill <br /> road budget to the county road and bridge budget, according <br /> to letter dated January 24, 1995, from County Auditor <br /> Michael Montplaisir. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />PRAIRIE PUBLIC BROADCASTING, Statement of compliance MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to provide <br /> letter of support to Prairie Public Broadcasting indicating <br /> compliance with Cass County's Comprehensive Land Use Plan <br /> to be submitted with their application for Farmers Home <br /> Administration for funding a special project, outlined in <br /> their letter dated January 24, 1995. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />DATA PROCESSING, Surplus computer equipment disposal <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to allow <br /> the Data Processing Department to dispose of surplus <br /> computer equipment listed in a memorandum dated January 27, <br /> 1995, according to Commission Policy Manual Section 14.81, <br /> sale of used computer equipment. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Metropolitan Council of Governments highway <br />management system; board of prisoners NOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve <br /> the following contracts submitted by respective department <br /> heads and portfolio commissioners, subject to state's <br /> attorney approval; and authorize the chairman to sign. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />F-M Metropolitan Council of Governments--highway <br />management system <br /> <br />board of prisoners and juvenile detention-- <br />counties of Barnes, Traill, Sargent and cities of <br />West Fargo, Casselton <br /> <br />board of adult inmates in the Barnes County <br />Correctional Facility, as revised by state's attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
