On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LOTS, City of Fargo <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to <br /> authorize chairman and county auditor to sign county deeds <br /> for tax-forfeited property purchased for ~1.00 each by the <br /> City of Fargo. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD, Ratify action of January 3, 1995 MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to ratify <br /> Social Service Board action of January 3, 1995, authorizing <br /> Director Kathy Hogan to represent the North Dakota <br /> Association of Counties regarding social service <br /> legislation at the North Dakota Legislature during the 1995 <br /> session. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE, Ratify actions of January 20~ 1995 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to ratify <br /> the following Personnel Overview Committee actions of <br /> January 20, 1995 (as distributed): 1) amend personnel <br /> policy manual section 4.20, recruiting, screening and <br /> hiring; 2) amend personnel policy manual, section 6.00, <br /> donating annual leave benefits; 3) adopt fee structure of <br /> ~20 per hour for Sheriff's Department employees, at their <br /> own option, performing duties for independent employers. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />JAIL/JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER, Policy manual revisions <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve <br /> the Cass County Jail and Juvenile Detention policy manuals <br /> as revised for 1995, according to letter from Sheriff Don <br /> Rudnick dated January 18, 1995 and state's attorney review. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL AMENDED, Section 4.00 (advisory boards) <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to amend <br /> Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, (advisory boards) as <br /> follows: 1) change membership status of Charles Perry on <br /> the county planning commission to reflect address change to <br /> District #2 instead of #5; 2) appoint Douglas Sinclair to <br /> fill a vacancy on the City of Gardner Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission from the extra-territorial area for term to <br /> expire July 1, 1999; and 3) appoint Erika Hageman to fill <br /> <br /> <br />
