Minutes--January 3, 1995 1291 <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br /> file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation bridge inspection <br />reports and instructions for posting weight limits on county <br />bridges (originals referred to County Engineer Keith Berndt); <br /> <br />agenda for 1995 North Dakota Association of County Engineers <br />Institute to be held January 25-27 in Dickinson; <br /> <br />letter from Governor Edward Schafer congratulating Cass County <br />and Solid Comfort, Inc. for paying off Community Development <br />Block Grant loan; <br /> <br />copy of letter dated December 14, 1994, from Attorney General's <br />Office to Cass County Sheriff's Department regarding State Fire <br />Marshal's inspection of the Johnson Barn at Arthur, where dances <br />are held; <br /> <br />letter of appreciation from United Blood Services for the recent <br />blood drive held at the Cass County Courthouse. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> On motion by Mrs. Toussaint and seconded by Mrs. Schneider, <br /> the meeting was adjourned about 4:30 PM. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir-County Auditor <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />B'ernie Ness, Chairman <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
