On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LOTS, City of MaDleton <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize <br /> the chairman and county auditor to sign county deeds for <br /> tax-forfeited lots purchased for ~1.00 by the City of <br /> Mapleton. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BOND ON LOST INSTRUMENT, Received and filed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and <br /> file Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Telecom User <br /> Group, and authorize county treasurer and county auditor to <br /> issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />911 ADVISORY GROUP, APPointed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to appoint 911 <br /> advisory group per letter dated December 19, 1994, from <br /> Alan Runck, Casselton Fire Department, as follows: Glenn <br /> Ellingsberg, James Kuchera, Maureen Nelson, Judy Orvik, Ken <br /> Habiger and Alan Runck.
