ASSESSMENT NOTICE OF OMITTED PROPERTY, Williams Company MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to add the easterly 275' of Lot 9, Block 1, Schultz & Williams Addition, City of Fargo, as omitted property for the year 1993 in the amount of ~341,000 true and full valuation, according to notice from the County Auditor. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD ADVISORY COMMITTEE, Ratify action of December 5, 1994 MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to ratify Road Advisory Committee action of December 5, 1994, to adopt policy that the county does not maintain private roads without reimbursement. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
