Minutes--November 7, 1994 1266 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve out-of- <br /> state travel for Social Service employee Kathy Suedel to <br /> Detroit Lakes, MN on November 7, 1994, for pre-placement <br /> visit. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />DATA PROCESSING, Sale of software to West Fargo Police Department <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve request <br /> of Michael Steiner, Data Processing Coordinator, allowing <br /> the West Fargo Police Department to purchase Vehicle <br /> Maintenance and Scheduling systems for the sum of ~2,500, <br /> with the understanding that any training and support <br /> requested by the West Fargo Police Department will be <br /> charged at the rate of ~50 per hour. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Fargo Community Health; North Dakota Division of <br />Emergency Management MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br /> following contracts submitted by respective department head <br /> and portfolio commissioner, subject to State's Attorney <br /> approval; and authorize the chairman to sign: Fargo <br /> Community Health for 1995 public health services, and North <br /> Dakota Division of Emergency Management 1995 Comprehensive <br /> Cooperative Agreement. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />ELECTION CANVASSING BOARD, Appointment of alternates MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to appoint Bonnie <br /> Johnson as an alternate for County Auditor Michael <br /> Montplaisir and Ceceilia McCullough as an alternate for <br /> Clerk of District Court Dorothy Howard on the Cass County <br /> Canvassing Board, according to letter from County Auditor <br /> dated November 3, 1994. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and filed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br /> Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Tomina Meyer and <br /> authorize County Auditor to issue duplicate check· On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for vehicles MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve purchase <br /> order for five Crown Victoria police units for the <br /> Sheriff's Department from Hansen Ford Sales, Inc. of Grand <br /> Forks at a cost of ~17,490 each, and authorize Chairman to <br /> sign purchase order. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
