Minutes--October 3, 1994 1259 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />State's Attorney John Goff reported that Cass County won a lawsuit <br />involving delinquent property taxes, with $35,000 to be collected <br />and apportioned to the respective taxing authorities. <br /> <br />Commissioners received a copy of a letter to the county auditor from <br />the North Dakota Public Employee's Retirement System asking for a <br />recommendation by November 11, 1994, concerning funding a retirement <br />enhancement.
