Minutes--May 16, 1994 1206 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br /> REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> MAY 16, 1994 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Risher called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with four <br />members present as follows: Don Eckert, Alon Wieland, Bernie M. Ness <br />and Steve Risher. Sharon Toussaint was absent. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Ness seconded that minutes of the <br /> previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br /> order of the agenda with the following changes: 1) remove <br /> final plat approval of Kensington Place Second Addition, <br /> per Joel Quanbeck, Planner; 2) add Indemnity Bond on Lost <br /> Instrument for Marry Zueger; 3) adopt Driving Review Board <br /> Policy. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SITE AUTHORIZATION PERMIT, Erie American Legion Club <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to grant site <br /> authorization permit for Erie American Legion Dokken & <br /> Schroeder Post #0223 to conduct games of chance under <br /> license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office <br /> for the period of July 1, 1994, through June 30, 1995. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Northern Plains Rabbit Breeders <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve raffle <br /> permit for Northern Plains Rabbit Breeders Association to <br /> be held on October 15 and 16, 1994, at the Red River Valley <br /> Fairgrounds, West Fargo. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />SPECIAL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMIT, Fargo American Legion <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve special <br /> alcoholic beverage permit for American Legion Club of Fargo <br /> on May 14, 1994, at Bonanzaville, West Fargo. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ARTHUR SUBSTATION SECOND SUBDIVISION, Final plat approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to grant final plat <br /> approval to Arthur Substation Second Subdivision, N-~A of <br /> Section I and NEW of Section 2 of Township 142N Range 52W <br /> in Cass County, North Dakota.
