TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTIES, Authorize chairman and auditor to sh:m deeds to City <br />of FarQo; City of West FarQo <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to authorize the chairman <br />and county auditor to sign county deeds for tax-forfeited properties in <br />the City of Fargo and City of West Fargo. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. BEER AND WINE LICENSE, Renewed for The Vineyard, LLC <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to renew the beer and wine <br />license for The Vineyard, LLC, subject to review and approval by the <br />state's attorney, sheriff and respective township board. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to approve the budget <br />adjustments to the 2005 budget as outlined in a letter from the county <br />auditor dated December 9, 2005. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
