<br />XI. The ATTORNEY(S) shall carry professional liability insurance in the minimum amount of <br /> <br />$50,000.00 for any liability arising out of services provided pursuant to this contract. <br /> <br />XII. The ATTORNEY(S) or COUNTY may terminate this contract upon thirty (30) days written <br /> <br />notice to the other party for any reason. If terminated under this provision, compensation <br /> <br />will be paid on a pro rata basis through the time of termination.
