Minutes--January 3, 1994 1159 <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br /> file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />list of 1995 Cass County construction projects from North Dakota <br />Department of Transportation (referred to County Engineer), and <br />update on Transportation Enhancement Program application for <br />Bonanzaville project; <br /> <br />CDBG Information Letter on notice of public hearing scheduled <br />for January 18, 1994, 2:00 PM at the State Capitol in Bismarck <br />on the method of distribution of community development funds; <br /> <br />response from State's Attorney on Notice of Claim presented to <br />Cass County Government on or about December 14, 1993; <br /> <br />1994 draft guidelines for city and county noxious weed control <br />programs; <br /> <br />letter from Charles E.
