Comm. Minutes--December 20, 1993 1149 Mr. Wieland asked about the make-up of the County Finance Committee, and Mrs. Toussaint said county standing committee memberships may change with the election of a new chair the first meeting in January. She said the chair of the commission generally serves on the county finance committee. MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to amend the Commission Policy Manual Section 4.00, Advisory Boards, as follows, deferring the Rush River Water Resource District appointment to the next meeting. Discussion: Mr. Risher asked to review the application of Brian Hagen at this time. Mr. Eckert thinks the Social Service advisory members should have voting authority, and he plans to bring this up at a later date. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. Charles Perry was present and Mrs. Toussaint introduced him as the new appointee to the Cass County Planning Commission from District #5.
