SIMPLE SUBDIVISION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve final plat for Simple Subdivision l, NW ~ of Section 6, Pleasant Township, according to letter dated December 10, 1993, from Joel QuaD_beck, Cass County Planning Office. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. CONTRACT APPROVAL, MOTION, passed Mr. Kisher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve and authorize the chairman to sign the following contracts submitted by respective department heads and portfolio commissioner, subject to State's Attorney approval: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 1) Sheriff's Department U.S. West Communications for 911 maintenance Board of Prisoners--City of Fargo, Counties of Dickey, Stutsman, Walsh, Griggs, Grand Forks, Traill, Ransom and Barnes Federal Justice Department drug grants--Narcotics Investigations and D.A.R.E. Program 2) Quanbeck Planning and Research--planning services 3) American Information Systems, Inc.--election equipment service agreement 4) The Forum--publishing agendas 5) North Dakota Department agreement of Human Services--reimbursement 6) Community Health Center and Fargo Home Health Agency--in-home services 7) Barnes County--contract for boarding adult inmates in their facility. HEARING, Budget adjustments for 1993 County Auditor Michael Montplaisir said this was the time and date advertised for a public hearing on 1993 budget adjustments. The chairman opened the public hearing and invited comments on this topic. Hearing no comments, the public hearing was closed. MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the following budget adjustments as published by the County Auditor's Office and outlined in his letter of November 23, 1993.
