Comm. Minutes--December 20, 1993 1145 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE ACTIONS RATIFIED, Auditor's Office Senior <br />Accounting Technician; Data Processing employee annual leave <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve the <br /> request to move the Senior Accounting Technician in the <br /> Auditor's Office (Cheryl McQuade) to the midpoint of B23 <br /> based on years of service. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve the Data <br />Processing Coordinator's request to allow employee Roxane <br />Friese to apply all annual leave taken between November 16, <br />1993, and December 15, 1993, towards her annual leave <br />instead of compensatory leave. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COMMITTEE, Flexible benefits medical reimbursement <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to increase the <br /> Flexible Benefits Medical Reimbursement cap from $1,200 to <br /> $2,000 per year for Cass County employees. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COUNTY COURT, SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve out-of- <br /> state travel for Probation Services Coordinator Ken Schwab <br /> on March 1-3, 1993, to Phoenix, Arizona, to attend a <br /> seminar on chemical dependency. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve out-of- <br />state travel for Leslie Johnson of Social Services on <br />December 16, 1993, to Doran, Minnesota, to attend a <br />quarterly meeting for children in foster care. On roll <br />call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF VEHICLES, Purchase orders approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve purchase <br /> orders for Sheriff's Department vehicles as follows: two <br /> unmarked squad cars, one transportation van and five squad <br /> cars. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve purchase <br />order for election equipment from American Information <br />Systems as follows: one floppy disk conversion, <br />maintenance and election reporting system software.
