Minutes--November 1, 1993 1130 <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and <br /> file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />information from SouthEastern North Dakota Community Action <br />Agency on federally funded grant program for housing; <br /> <br />letters of appreciation from county employees, Jerry Skjonsby <br />and Glenn Ellingsberg, for the health fair held October 8th; <br /> <br />copy of letter from Moore Engineering to F-M Asphalt, Inc. <br />expressing concern that construction had not started as of <br />October 12th on the Windsor Green Subdivision paving project; <br /> <br />appreciation letter from Federal Emergency Management Agency for <br />use of facilities and staff assistance during response and <br />recovery phases of the 1993 flooding disaster; <br /> <br />letter from Kathleen Ziegelmann, Regional Child Support <br />Enforcement Director, regarding temporary legal services; <br /> <br />letter from Office of Intergovernmental Assistance regarding <br />supplemental Community Develop Block Grant funds for repair <br />and/or replacement of flood damaged property; <br /> <br />parking lot request from North Dakota Early Childhood Tracking <br />System and response from Chairman Toussaint; <br /> <br />letter from Attorney Douglas Herman regarding Juvenile Justice <br />Center addition; <br /> <br />letter from Fargo Fire Department, Acting Assistant Chief Ronald <br />Buttke, and response from Bonnie Johnson regarding building <br />evacuation policy when the fire alarm sounds; <br /> <br />copy of letter to Lt.
