On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COUNTY DEED TO ROBERT & CHERYL STANLEY, Chairman and auditor siRn <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the <br /> chairman and auditor to sign county deed to Robert J. and <br /> Cheryl K. Stanley . On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />SUNDAY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMIT, Approved for Shamrock Bar <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve Sunday <br /> alcoholic beverage permit for the Shamrock Bar, Casselton, <br /> beginning August 22nd through December 31st, 1993, for an <br /> additional license fee of $5.00 for each Sunday that the <br /> licensee sells alcoholic beverages, in accordance with <br /> Senate Bill 2265. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCE, Family of late Irvine Dietrich <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize <br /> chairman and auditor to sign the following resolution of <br /> condolence to the family of the late Irvine Dietrich: On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Cass County Commissioners has learned of <br />the death of Irvine Dietrich of Fargo, North Dakota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Irvine Dietrich served for a number of years as Cass <br />County Weed Control Officer and then as a member of the Weed Control <br />Board. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Commissioners of <br />Cass County, North Dakota, does hereby express its heartfelt <br />condolences to the family of the late Irvine Dietrich. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution be inscribed upon <br />the permanent records of the proceedings of the Board of Cass County <br />Commissioners and a copy forwarded to his family. <br /> <br />Dated at Fargo, North Dakota, this 16th day of August, 1993. <br /> <br /> <br />
