Minutes--June 21, 1993 1050 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> JUNE 21, 1993 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint called the meeting to order at 3:30 <br />PM with four members present as follows: Don Eckert, Steve Risher, <br />Alon Wieland and Sharon Toussaint. Bernie Ness was absent. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the minutes <br /> of the last regular meeting and the Board of Equalization <br /> meeting, both held on June 7th, 1993, be approved as <br /> written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve the <br /> order of the agenda with the following changes: delay <br /> subdivision approval of Wild Rice River Estates; add <br /> request for site authorizations for Veterans Club, Inc.; <br /> ratify Personnel Overview Committee actions; add out-of- <br /> state travel request for Social Services· Motion carried. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE STAFF, Out of state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve out- <br /> of-state travel for Pete Johnson to attend a maintenance <br /> seminar in Minneapolis on September 8-10, 1993. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />WILD RICE RIVER ESTATES SUBDIVISION, Final plat delayed <br />State's Attorney John Golf received a telephone call just before <br />today's Commission meeting from Attorney Jonathan Garaas requesting <br />that plat approval of Wild Rice River Estates Subdivision be delayed <br />for 30 days due to financing. <br /> <br />KENSINGTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br /> final plat of Kensington Place First Addition. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ASHWOOD SUBDIVISION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br /> final plat of Ashwood Subdivision· On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD 6 CLOSING IN CHAFFEE, For Centennial celebration <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve <br /> request to close County Road 6 through Chaffee July 3rd and <br /> July 4th to accommodate the Chaffee Centennial celebration. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
