Minutes--April 5, 1993 1015 <br /> <br />information from North Dakota State Department <br />regarding Abandoned Automobile Program; <br /> <br />of Health <br /> <br />copy of Commissioner Risher's letter and response from Sheriff's <br />Department on possibility of using Sheriff's Reserves at the <br />court security station; <br /> <br />copy of resolution adopted by Cass County Township Officers <br />Association at annual spring meeting held March 30th, 1993; <br /> <br />appreciation letter from United Blood Services for employee <br />participation in the recent blood drive and to Amy <br />Hammerschmidt, who served as blood drive coordinator; <br /> <br />notice of State Highway Department bid opening at 10:00 AM April <br />23rd, at the Bismarck Ramada Hotel on two Cass County bridge <br />projects; <br /> <br />letter from Wayne Colberg, Weed Control Officer, saying the <br />potential for grasshopper infestation is low this year and he <br />sees no need to provide funding for spraying highway right of <br />way in 1993. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> On motion by Mr. Risher and seconded by Mr. Wieland, the <br /> meeting was adjourned about 4:00 PM. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir - County Auditor <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Sharon Toussaint, Chairman <br />Cass County Commission <br /> <br /> <br />
