Minutes--February 16, 1993 998 <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Mr. Risher said he received a response from the State's Attorney on <br />offering employee rewards for money-saving ideas utilized by the <br />County. He still plans to pursue this after receiving information on <br />the program implemented in Sunnyvale, California. <br /> <br />Mrs. Toussaint suggested sending all county department heads a memo <br />regarding training opportunities along with a copy of information she <br />received from the City of Fargo and the local Chamber of Commerce on <br />a Total Quality Management in Government seminar.
