MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve <br /> special permit for Hickson Bar and Lounge, Inc. d/b/a/ <br /> Knickerbocker Liquor Locker to be open Sunday, January 31, <br /> 1993, during the hours from 2:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight. A <br /> permit fee of $25.00 accompanied the application. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VEHICLE POLICY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION, Vehicle use report form <br />implemented <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Risher seconded to accept the <br /> recommendation of the Vehicle Policy Committee and direct <br /> all county departments having county-owned vehicles to <br /> begin using a vehicle reporting form for each vehicle <br /> assigned to their department effective February 1, 1993, <br /> for a 60-day period. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />INSURANCE COMPANY, Payroll deduction allowed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Risher seconded to add <br /> Commonwealth National Insurance Company to the list of <br /> approved insurance vendors for payroll deduction. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #1993-3, Tax lien on real estate <br />Correspondence was received from County Auditor btichael Montplaisir, <br />State's Attorney John Golf and Assistant City of Fargo Attorney, <br />Garylle B. Stewart, regarding unpaid and uncancelled taxes on <br />leasehold or other possessory interests concerning property owned by <br />the City of Fargo and formerly leased by Red River Human Services <br />Foundation. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Risher seconded to adopt <br /> Resolution #1993-3 concerning unpaid taxes of Red River <br /> Human Services Foundation, and authorize Chairwoman to sign <br /> said resolution. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />ABATEMENT HEARING CANCELLED, Northport-Manchester Associates <br />A letter was received from Attorney Thomas C. Wold, representing <br />Northport-Manchester Tax Abatement, dated January 15, 1993, <br />withdrawing request for a tax abatement hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />
