Minutes--December 21, 1992 968 <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve out of <br />state travel for Keith Berndt, Road Engineer, to attend a <br />Pavement Management Users Group meeting in Shoreview, <br />Minnesota, January, 27, 1993. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL OVERVIEW COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS RATIFIED, Extended annual <br />leave, Child Support Enforcement position rating MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve <br /> extended annual leave plans as presented for the following <br /> employees: Marlys Hanson and Don Kubischta from Social <br /> Services, and Tony Krogh, Sheriff's Department. These <br /> extensions are consistent with Cass County's personnel <br /> manual. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve a DBM <br />rating of Al2 for the new office position being created in <br />Regional Child Support Enforcement as is required under Section <br />7.00 of the Cass County Personnel Policy Manual. On roll call <br />vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SPACE AND PLANNING COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS RATIFIED, Office space <br />for Water Resources <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize <br /> Water Resources office space to be relocated into the <br /> Juvenile Justice Center space now occupied by Deb Johnson. <br /> Such move is to be completed by January 15, 1993. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT, School Reorganization Committee/District #1 <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to reappoint <br /> Wayne Gadberry to the Cass County School Reorganization <br /> Committee for a term of three (3) years beginning January <br /> 1, 1993 and ending December 31, 1995. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />BUDGET TRANSFERS, Approved as recommended by County Auditor <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to transfer <br /> $100,000 from the Building Purchase line item in the <br /> Commission Projects budget to the Gethsemane Property fund <br /> in the Capital Projects budget for use in 1993 to complete <br /> the parking lot. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to transfer <br />$1§3,84§.12 from the budgeted Transfers Out line item to <br />the Jail Reconstruction fund to offset the deficit in that <br />fund.
