Minutes--December 7, 1992 966 <br /> <br />Mr. Montplaisir outlined the canvassing board's concerns about <br />problems which arose during the last general election process. <br />Mr. Wieland said the secretary of state-elect received a list of these <br />concerns, but he said a letter should be sent officially to the <br />Secretary of State's Office since some of the concerns involve state <br />election laws. <br /> <br />Bonnie Johnson said the Joint Dispatch Agreement and Addendum have <br />been signed by the cities of Fargo and West Fargo. Mr. Wieland will <br />call a meeting of the Joint Dispatch Committee in the near future. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive <br /> and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as <br /> follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />- Road Department report for month ending October 31, 1992; <br /> <br />- letter from Dean D. Johnson of Casselton expressing interest in <br /> purchasing County shop building in Casselton; <br /> <br />- letter from North Dakota Department of Transportation on bid <br /> opening dates for 1994 construction projects in Cass County; <br /> <br />- information from Office of Intergovernmental Assistance on grant <br /> status of Tri-Line Transportation's community development funds; <br /> <br />- copies of two letters to State's Attorney from Robert G.
