Comm. Minutes--October 12, 1992 938 DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OCTOBER 12, 1992 MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Alon Wieland called the meeting to order with all members present as follows: Don Eckert, Steve Risher, Gene Shannon, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint and Alon Wieland. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Risher seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve the order of agenda adding to the consent agenda a resolution of condolences to the family of the late Roger Erickson and accepting resignation of George Griffeth from Cass County Housing Authority; and adding a software agreement for the County Road Department to the regular agenda. Motion carried. SITE AUTHORIZATION PERMIT, Veterans Club, Inc. MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve site authorization permit for Veterans Club, Inc. to conduct games of chance under license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office at the location known as Cottonwood Pub, Embden, ND, for the period beginning October 19, 1992, through June 30, 1993. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. APPOINTMENT, Vehicle Use Study Committee MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to appoint the following officials/employees as members of the Vehicle Use Policy Study Committee for the purpose of presenting a proposed policy on county-wide vehicle use to the Personnel Overview Committee by November 2, 1992: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
