Minutes--October 5, 1992 933 <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Out-of-state travel approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for two Road Department employees to <br /> attend a workshop in Detroit Lakes, MN, on October 15, <br /> 1992, at a cost of $30 each, to be paid from the Road <br /> Department budget. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY COMMISSION, Date of next regular meeting changed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to change the <br /> date of the next regular meeting from October 19, 1992, to <br /> October 12, 1992, at 3:30 PM because of the North Dakota <br /> County Commissioners Association and North Dakota <br /> Association of Counties convention being held at the same <br /> time. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously· <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE, Kindred Viking Booster Club, Chaffee Hig.h School <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> raffle permit for the Kindred Viking Booster Club at the <br /> Kindred School on the dates of November 30, December 10 and <br /> 18, 1992; January 5, 12, 22 and February 4, 12, 16, 1993. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> raffle permit for Chaffee High School on the date of <br /> November 13, 1992, at the Chaffee High School. On roll <br /> call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD AND STREET REPAIR ANNUAL DISBURSEMENTS, Cities of Alice, Oxbow <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> annual disbursements of city pothole and street repair <br /> funds for the City of Alice in the amount of $92.00 and for <br /> the City of Oxbow in the amount of $767.00. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />NEUSCHWANDER EXCAVATING, Utility permit MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> utility permit for Neuschwander Excavating to install rural <br /> water main through County Road #6 west of Sleepy Hollow. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR, Out-of-state travel approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve <br /> out-of-state travel for Kathleen M. Ziegelmann, Regional <br /> Child Support Enforcement Director, to attend a conference <br /> in San Francisco on October 18-21, 1992.
