<br />Commission Minutes--December 5, 2005 3009 <br /> <br />9. BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES, Renewed for 2006 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to renew county beer and <br />liquor licenses for 2006 for the following applicants, subject to review <br />and approval by the State's Attorney, the Sheriff, and the respective <br />township boards: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Brenda Hocking, Club 94, Casselton <br />Richard and LaVonne Schroeder, Bronco Bar, Chaffee <br />Wild Rice Bar & Grill, Inc., Wild Rice <br />Jack Nick, LLC, Knickerbocker at Hickson <br />Beer Only <br />Red River Valley Fair Association, West Fargo <br />The Shooting Park of Fargo, Inc. <br /> <br />1 O. TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTIES, Offer unsold properties to respective cities <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to authorize the county <br />auditor to offer to cities any unsold property from the annual tax sale list <br />for $1.00 per property plus the recording fee of $13.00, with the <br />stipulation that the county will cancel all taxes and the city will cancel all <br />specials against the property. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />11. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Approve purchase of two tandem trucks from ROO Mack <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve the low bid of <br />ROO Mack in the amount of $163,622 for the purchase of two tandem <br />trucks and to authorize the chairman to sign a purchase order. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Robert Gibb & Sons. Inc.: North Dakota Department of <br />Transportation: Juvenile Justice & DelinQuency Prevention Act <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve the following <br />contract submitted by respective department head, subject to state's <br />attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Robert Gibb & Sons, Inc.--mechanical construction work for Cass County Jail <br />expansion; <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation--overtime expenses in the amount of <br />$5,400 for increased alcohol enforcement through a Traffic Safety Grant; <br />Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention Act--grant application for $20,000 in <br />federal funding on behalf of Youthworks for their work with Juvenile Court. <br />
