Since Claus Lembke is president of the North Dakota County <br />Commissioners Association, a sympathy card will be sent to him from <br />the Cass County Commission. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and <br /> file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from Fargo Public Schools regarding county space needs; <br /> <br />correspondence regarding Burlington Northern Railroad v.
