Mr. Risher said North Dakota and Cass County were well <br />represented. <br /> <br />Mr. Shannon asked County Engineer Keith Berndt to work with the County <br />Auditor on investigating a solution to the Courthouse roof drainage <br />problem as mentioned in a letter from the County Auditor. <br /> <br />Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, said a JALAN <br />demonstration is scheduled at the IBM building tomorrow. <br /> <br />software <br /> <br />Bonnie Johnson also said filming for the employee orientation video <br />will be done this week. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive <br /> and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as <br /> follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />copy of letter to Commissioner Eckert from Marlys Hay and Jayne <br />Mathson of Harwood outlining their understanding of agreements <br />reached at a June 17th meeting in Harwood regarding the County <br />Road 22 project; <br /> <br />response from Tax Director Frank Klein on reassessments for <br />Sheyenne-Maple Flood Control District #1 at Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds/Bonanzaville and County Shop/Campground; <br /> <br /> <br />
