On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to adopt the <br /> Ernst & Young letter dated May 14, 1992, declaring the <br /> investigators as non-exempt employees and the lieutenants <br /> as non-exempt senior sergeants with a DBM rating of C42. <br /> ~__On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to adopt <br /> Section 7.00, a new section of the personnel policy manual, <br /> dealing with wage and salary administration. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTfON, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to publish, <br />at the end of each calendar year, a "benefits statement" to <br />be inserted with each employees' paycheck; the information <br />currently being listed on monthly paychecks would be <br />reported annually. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Annual disbursements <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to approve <br /> annual disbursement of road and street repair funds to the <br /> City of Kindred in the amount of $1,050.00. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CASS RURAL WATER USERS, Utility permit approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to approve a <br /> utility permit for Cass Rural Water Users to install 1 1/2" <br /> water supply line PVC crossing Cass County Highway 81 and <br /> 26. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />ROAD CONSTRUCTION, Bid award for C10 paving, West Fargo to Mapleton <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to accept the <br /> low bid of $1,065,249.00 of Asphalt, Inc. for project CRS <br /> 0930 (53) Mapleton to West Fargo; and authorize the <br /> Chairman to sign the resolution.
