On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. COURTHOUSE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING STUDY, Scope of work approved MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to receive the recommendations of the Cass County Planning Commission and the Future Space Planning Committee, and approve the scope of work for the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments to complete the Courthouse Neighborhood Parking Study. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD AGREEMENTS, County Road 10 surfacing, Mapleton to West Fargo MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign construction and maintenance agreement and right of way certificate with the North Dakota Department of Transportation for bituminous surfacing on County Road 10 from Mapleton to West Fargo. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. SHERIFF DEPARTMENT VEHICLES, Re-assignment to State's Attorney Office MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to exchange Cass County State's Attorney's investigator vehicle with the 1986 Chevrolet Caprice 4-door automobile with VIN 1G1BL6961GX171411 being retired by the Cass County Sheriff;s Office for use in criminal investigations, and that the existing Cass County State's Attorney's Office investigator vehicle, a Chevrolet Cavalier, be made available for disposition with the remaining Cass County Sheriff's Office retired vehicles. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to re-assign the 1987 Chevrolet Astro Van with VIN 1GNDM15Z6HB160443 to the Cass County State's Attorney's Office for use by Cass County Welfare Fraud Investigator and Cass County Social Services. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Approved for Frontier, Casselton MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve annual disbursement of city pothole and street repair funds to cities of Frontier in the amount of $652.00 and to Casselton in the amount of $3,544.00. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. U.S. WEST COMMUNICATIONS, Utility permit approved MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve a utility permit for U.S. West Communications, Inc. to make three splice pits and encroachments along Cass County Road 17 and 20 as shown on permit and sketch, available at the County Road Department. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
