Minutes--April 6, 1992 835 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> APRIL 6, 1992 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Alon Wieland called the meeting to order with all members <br />present as follows: Don Eckert, Steve Risher, Gene Shannon, Sharon <br />"Pepper" Toussaint and Alon Wi·land. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded that the <br /> minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve <br /> the order of the agenda as published, adding to the regular <br /> agenda a contract with the City of West Fargo for boarding <br /> prisoners in the County Jail. Motion carried· <br /> <br />ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Approved for the cities of Gardner, <br />Buffalo, Fargo, Argusville, Hunter and West Fargo MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve annual <br /> disbursement of the following city pothole and street <br /> repair funds: Gardner--S23§.00; Buffalo--S379.00; Fargo-- <br /> $253,203.00; Argusville--$410.00; Hunter--S782.00; and West <br /> Fargo--S30,177.00. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />UTILITY PERMIT, Cass County Electric along County 81 MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve a <br /> utility permit for Cass County Electric Cooperative for a <br /> three-phase overhead power line paralleling County Highway <br /> 81. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Embden Community Club MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve a <br /> raffle permit for the Embden Community Club to be held June <br /> 18, 1992, at Embden Center in Embden, North Dakota. On <br /> roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL OFFICE BUDGET AMENDMENT MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to transfer <br /> allocated funds from the Employee Assistance Program line <br /> item to the office equipment line item for the purpose of <br /> purchasing a new copying machine for the Personnel Office. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
