13. Comm. Minutes--March 16, 1992 834 Mr. Shannon reminded Commissioners of the software presentations scheduled for March 20th and 26th pertaining to Sheriff's Office, State's Attorney and Courts. Mr. Eckert reported on the quarterly, six-county meeting which he attended in Valley City on March 12th. They discussed standardizing software packages and talked about changing emergency telephone contract language. Mrs. Toussaint said the resolutions committee of the North Dakota County Commissioners Association will be meeting in April and are looking for proposed resolutions from each county. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. transportation planning and technical assistance need assessment and questionnaire from F-M Metropolitan Council of Governments; budget information from Sheriff Donald Rudnick on boarding costs for prisoners and detox in other facilities; budget information from County Auditor on payment of senior citizen mill levy funds; letter from Mayor of Frontier regarding their share of 52nd Avenue South paving project; copy of letter to County Planner from Harvey Pyle, Casselton, resigning as advisory member on the County Planning Commission; request from North Dakota Department of Transportation for verification of 1993 county construction projects (referred to Road Superintendent); Officer's reports from Clerk of District Court, County Court, Register of Deeds and Sheriff for February, 1992; 14. PUBLIC COMMENT An opportunity was given for public comment, but no one asked to address the Commission at this time. 15. ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed On motion by Mr. Shannon and seconded by Mr. Risher, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned about 4:00 PM.
