For those positions already <br />advertised, the range that was advertised will be used. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SCHOOL REORGANIZATION COMMITTEE, Kathy Hawken re-appointed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve the <br /> reappointment of Kathy Hawken to the Cass County School <br /> Reorganization Committee for a 3-year term, ending December <br /> 31, 1994. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Approved for City of Arthur <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve the <br /> disbursement of pothole and street repair funds to the City <br /> of Arthur in the amount of $553.00. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, Traffic safety contract signed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize the <br /> Chairman to sign the 1992 Traffic Safety Contract with the <br /> North Dakota Department of Transportation for purchase of <br /> an in-car video system for use and apprehension of DUI <br /> offenders. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Monthly audit report <br />Mr. Eckert said the Road Department is having difficulty with some <br />software for the monthly report they plan to prepare, and he asked to <br />have this item scheduled on the next Commission agenda. <br /> <br />ELECTION, Polling places, wages of election workers, supply bid <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> listing of polling places for the June 9, 1992, Primary <br /> Election, as provided by the County Auditor. On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to allow up to <br /> $100 for poll workers for the June 9th Primary Election. <br /> On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to accept the bid <br /> of Knight Printing Company for election supplies for the <br /> primary, general and any special elections in 1992, as <br /> recommended by the County Auditor. On roll call vote, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mr. Risher shared information from the National Association of <br />Counties conference which he recently attended in Washington, D.C. <br /> <br /> <br />
