If the new salary range is higher than the current salary range, the lower range will be used. For those positions already advertised, the range that was advertised will be used. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. SCHOOL REORGANIZATION COMMITTEE, Kathy Hawken re-appointed MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve the reappointment of Kathy Hawken to the Cass County School Reorganization Committee for a 3-year term, ending December 31, 1994. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Approved for City of Arthur MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to approve the disbursement of pothole and street repair funds to the City of Arthur in the amount of $553.00. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. SHERIFF DEPARTMENT, Traffic safety contract signed MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the 1992 Traffic Safety Contract with the North Dakota Department of Transportation for purchase of an in-car video system for use and apprehension of DUI offenders. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Monthly audit report Mr. Eckert said the Road Department is having difficulty with some software for the monthly report they plan to prepare, and he asked to have this item scheduled on the next Commission agenda. ELECTION, Polling places, wages of election workers, supply bid MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the listing of polling places for the June 9, 1992, Primary Election, as provided by the County Auditor. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to allow up to $100 for poll workers for the June 9th Primary Election. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mr. Risher seconded to accept the bid of Knight Printing Company for election supplies for the primary, general and any special elections in 1992, as recommended by the County Auditor. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. COMMITTEE REPORTS Mr. Risher shared information from the National Association of Counties conference which he recently attended in Washington, D.C.
