Minutes--March 2, 1992 830 ROAD AND STREET REPAIR FUNDS, Approved for City of Leonard MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to approve payment of city pothole and street repair funds to the City of Leonard in the amount of $398.00. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD PROJECT, Paving east of Harwood MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to accept the low bid of Hardrives, Inc. for bituminous surfacing east of Harwood in the amount of $532,105.83, as opened at the State Highway Department bid opening held February 21, 1992. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION STUDY, Contract for implementation MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to approve the Ernst & Young contraot for implementation of the employee classification study. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ROAD ENGINEER, Service award presented to family of the late Donald W. Richards Chairman Wieland presented a service award to the family of the late Cass County Engineer, Donald W. Richards. Receiving the plaque were Mrs. Richards and son, Jay. 10. WATER USER'S ASSOCIATION, Water and wetland-related issues Mike Dwyer and Vern Fahy appeared before the board representing the North Dakota Water Users Association to make a presentation on water and wetland-related issues. 11. VOUCHERS, Reviewed and approved with two exceptions Mrs. Toussaint reviewed vouchers this month and questioned #34565, membership dues to a Minnesota association, and No. 34,800 for a used car guide from National Automobile Dealer's Association. MOTION, passed Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Shannon seconded to approve Vouchers No. 34,126 through No. 34,999 with the exceptions of No. 34565 and No. 34,800 until further review by Mrs. Toussaint. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 12. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mr. Shannon moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. notice of East Central Commissioners Association meeting at the Valley City Elks Club March 12th beginning at 10:00 AM; CDBG acceptance of final audit of Embden sanitary sewer project, and also, nomination forms for Community Development Awards;
