CASS COUNTY INTEROPERABLE RADIO PROJECT STATEMENT OF WORK/ACCEPTANCE TEST PLAN provide and install the required Surge Suppression Devices on all equipment provided in this proposal. TVSS at the remote RX sites will be Motorola's responsibility. TVSS at the 45th Street and High Rise sites will be the owner's responsibility. It shall be the responsibility of the owner to bring the existing shelters and equipment up to Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites (R56), where appropriate. Electrical Installation Sites shall have an electrical service and electrical wiring that meets the requirements of the National Electrical Code (NBC), the Motorola document, Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites (R56), as well as all other applicable city and County requirements and shall be the responsibility ofthe owner. Electrical Capacity Sites shall have an electrical service (AC, DC, UPS, generator (if the owner deems it necessary), etc.) with the necessary capacity to supply power to the equipment associated with this proposal. Critical equipment items will require dedicated circuits as defined by the engineering Design Documents and shall be the responsibility of the owner. Equipment Space Motorola will review equipment space requirements with the owner to ensure sufficient installation space and compliance with the Motorola document, Standards and Guidelines for Communication Sites (R56). Environmental Conditions Sites shall have adequate environmental controls to meet the heating, HV AC, and humidity requirements, as defined in the Motorola document, Standards and . Guidelines for Communication Sites (R56). It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the sites are free of hazardous materials such as fuels, a sbestos, etc. Motorola would be pleased to provide equipment specifications as required to the owner for building environmental control sizing and design. Meeting environmental control requirements is necessary for the Motorola warranty as well as third party warranties. Site Connectivity A demarcation point will also be established to define the connection point between the Motorola supplied equipment and the owner's supplied lime Motorola will perform a test, which will verify site link performance prior to the interconnection of the Motorola supplied equipment to the link equipment. .
