Four VHF conventional channels for ASTRO P25 digital communications. <br /> <br />. One VHF conventional channel for analog tone and voice paging. <br /> <br />. A simulcast prime site located at the Fargo Hi Rise building. This site consists of <br />QUANTAR base stations, combiner/multicoupler equipment, voting comparators, <br />frequency reference equipment, and channel banks. <br /> <br />. A simulcast remote site located at the 45th Street Tame This site consists of <br />QUANTAR base stations, combiner/multicoupler equipment, frequency reference <br />, <br />equipment, and channel banks. <br /> <br />. Five receive only sites located at the Oakport Water Tank, the School Tank, the <br />SW Tank, NDSU Seim Hall, and the ATT Tower. Each ofthese sites contain <br />receivers, multicouplers, and phone line interface equipment. <br /> <br />. Expansion of the existing Central Electronics Bank to add four new digital P25 <br />channels and one analog channel. <br /> <br />. Digital Interface Units (DIU) for four ASTRO P25 channels. <br /> <br />. Encryption equipment for the four ASTRO P25 channels. <br /> <br />Items to be provided by others. <br /> <br />. Antennas and feedline. <br /> <br />. Towers. <br /> <br />. Heating - air conditioning. <br /> <br />. Generators. <br /> <br />. Electrical wiring and power distribution. <br /> <br />. Cable Trays. <br /> <br />. Shelters to protect equipment housed in indoor cabinets and "peg racks". <br /> <br />.
